Cancellations
- Some bookings (flights, hotels, & services) may not be eligible for cancellation – check before booking.
- For cancellable bookings, follow the in-app cancellation process or contact our support.
Refunds
- Refunds (if eligible) are processed after deducting cancellation or service fees as per the supplier and payment gateway policies.
- Refund timelines depend on the service provider and payment method, typically 7-14 business days after confirmation.
- Non-refundable services or partially refundable items are clearly marked at time of booking.
